How to become a member of MUMM:
If you would like to become involved in creating change, offer your support or just become a member you can download our membership form above, fill it out and send it to MUMM, PO Box 362, Bridgetown, NS, B0S 1C0, or please email MUMM for other arrangements or just come to our next MUMM meeting and speak to an administrator there.
There's a $5.00 fee for a regular life-time membership for patients, caregivers and medication suppliers. No potential member will be refused if they can't afford the membership fee.
We also have a $30.00 fee for a super supporter membership. Receive all of the benefits of a regular member PLUS know that you have contributed toward our educational campaign while becoming the proud owner of a MUMM t-shirt!
Membership cards will be issued on receipt of application form.
